HOW TO MAKE TENDER AND JUICY CHICKEN STEW
Step 1: In a large saucepan, add the sliced onion, the whole peeled garlic and the olive oil. Stir and sauté over low heat for about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2: Add the chicken pieces, the peeled tomatoes cut into small chunks, peppers cut into strips, salt, nutmeg, paprika and thyme.
