HOW TO MAKE EASY OMELETTE
Step 1: In a small bowl, beat the eggs seasoned with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and whisk some more.
Step 2: Melt a stick of butter in a non-stick skillet. When the butter is completely melted, add the eggs and let them cook a little over medium heat. Go stirring the eggs with a spatula so that the top of the eggs that are not in contact with the skillet can also be cooked.
Step 3: When the eggs are almost cooked, flip the omelet with the help of a spatula and let it fry for about one minute.
Step 4: Turn off the heat and spread a little butter over the omelette.
Step 5: Serve with fries and tomato salad.

1. If you want to store in the fridge, let the omelette cool to room temperature and place it in an airtight container or wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
Do not store the omelette for more than 2 days in the fridge, after this period it will begin to lose texture and quality.
