Here you'll find all the ingredients needed to make this recipe:
Eggs - Beaten eggs. It is important that the eggs are of good quality, eggs with good quality will give more flavor and creaminess to the recipe.
Portuguese chouriço - Portuguese chouriço cut in small pieces. Adds color and flavor to the eggs.
Margarine or butter - To fry the eggs. It helps to add flavor and creaminess to the eggs. We like to use margarine, but if you prefer, you can fry the eggs with butter or even with a drizzle of olive oil.
Pepper and salt - To season the eggs. (Our suggestion is that the chouriço already contains salt so there is no need to add more.)
