HOW TO MAKE SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH CHOURIÇO:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs seasoned with pepper. Add the chouriço cut in small pieces and mix in the beaten eggs.
Season with a little salt if necessary. Heat a frying pan with margarine. When the margarine starts to melt, add the beaten eggs and stir with a spatula until the eggs start to cook. Do not let the eggs cook too much, the eggs should stay creamy and not too dry.
Turn off the heat, pour the scrambled eggs with chouriço over a toasted bread slice and serve.
