HOW TO MAKE SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH CHOURIÇO
Step 1: In a bowl, whisk the eggs seasoned with pepper.

- 50 grams (1 3/4 ounce) Portuguese chouriço
- 1/2 tablespoon margarine or butter
- Pepper (to taste)
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs seasoned with pepper. Add the chouriço cut in small pieces and mix in the beaten eggs. Season with a little salt if necessary.
