If the time is short and you want to prepare something simple and tasty, we suggest this sausage omelet. It’s a recipe with few ingredients, excellent presentation and simple to prepare! Bon appetit!!!
- 140 grams (5 ounces) Frankfurter sausages (6 units)
- 4 eggs
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 small onion
- Coriander (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a fork and season with a little salt, pepper and chopped coriander.
- Place a drizzle of olive oil, the chopped onion and the sausage cut into round slices in a frying pan and saute until the onion start to turn slightly golden brown, stirring occasionally. Add the beaten eggs and cook over medium-low heat until the eggs start to turn yellowish or almost cooked. With a spatula, pull edges of the omelet in toward center (like an envelope). Flip the omelet with a spatula and cook until slightly golden.
- Turn off the heat and serve.
