HOW TO MAKE SHRIMP OMELET
Step 1: In a small bowl, beat the whole eggs and season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Step 2: In a frying pan, pour the olive oil, chopped onion and the peeled shrimp. Fry the shrimp over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Step 3: Add the beaten eggs and go folding gently the eggs in the shrimp with a spatula. Fry on both sides.
Step 4: Turn off the heat and serve with tomato salad.

- 200 grams (7 ounces) peeled shrimp
- 4 eggs
- A drizzle of olive oil
- 1 small onion
- Pepper (to taste)
- Parsley (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
