  • 200 grams / (7 ounces) peeled shrimp
  • 4 eggs
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)


  1. In a bowl, beat the whole eggs with the help of a fork and season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
  2. Place the olive oil in a frying pan along with the chopped onion and the peeled shrimp. Bring over low heat and fry the shrimp about five minutes. Stir once in a while. Then, add the beaten eggs and go folding gently the eggs in the shrimp with a spatula. Fry on both sides.
  3. Turn off the heat and serve with lettuce salad.
