- Eggs - Beaten eggs seasoned with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.

HOW TO MAKE SHRIMP OMELETTE
Step 1: In a medium bowl, beat the eggs seasoned with salt and pepper.
Add the chopped parsley and beat a little more.
Step 2: Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan. Add the shrimp and fry over medium heat for about 6 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Add the egg mixture and cook for a while over medium heat (about 30 seconds).
Go stirring the eggs with a spatula so that the top of the eggs that are not in contact with the skillet can also be cooked.
Step 4: When the eggs are almost cooked, flip the omelette with the help of a spatula and let it fry for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 5: Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
HOW TO STORE
If you want to save the omelette for another time, let it cool to room temperature and store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container or wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
Do not store the omelette in the refrigerator for more than 2 days, after this period it will begin to lose texture and quality.
