HOW TO MAKE MAKE MEAT, POTATOES AND EGGS
Step 1: Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add the chopped parsley and mix in the eggs.
Step 2: In a large saucepan, pour the olive oil, chopped onion and the chopped garlic. Stir and sauté over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Add the ground meat and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook on a medium-low heat for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- Parsley (to taste)
