HOW TO MAKE MEAT À BRÁS:

Step 1: Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add the chopped parsley and mix in the eggs.

Step 2: In a saucepan, sauté on a medium-low heat the olive oil, chopped onion and the chopped garlic, stirring occasionally. Add the ground meat and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook on a medium-low heat for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3: Add the potato sticks and mix well in the meat. Reduce to low heat and pour the beaten eggs. Mix everything well, for about 1 to 2 minutes and turn off the heat.

Step 4: Serve immediately.
