HOW TO MAKE BREADED TURKEY
Step 1: Season the turkey steaks with lemon juice, sliced garlic, salt and pepper. Let marinate about two hours.
Step 2: Coat the steaks in beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry on both sides in hot oil. When the steaks are fried, place them on a dish with absorbent paper; set aside.
Step 3: For the rice: In a saucepan, add the olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped onion and the peeled tomatoes cut into small pieces. Cook over low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the rice, season with some salt and stir. Pour the water (twice the rice volume), stir and boil over medium-high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to low heat and cook about 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 4: Turn off the heat and serve the breaded turkey with rice and lemon slices.
