A delicious and simple recipe to prepare, hake loins seasoned with pepper, lemon juice, garlic and salt, coated in egg and breadcrumbs, fried in olive oil.
- 600 grams (1 1/3 pounds) hake loins
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 egg
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Juice of one lemon
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil for frying
- Salt (to taste)
- Season the fish with a little salt, lemon juice and sliced garlic. Leave to marinate about two hours.
- Coat the loins in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. Heat a skillet with olive oil and when is hot add the loins and fry them on both sides. When they are fried place them on a dish over absorbent paper.
- Serve the fish with rice and salad.
