- 4 pork escalopes (about 500 grams (17 1/2 ounces))
- Salt (to taste)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Juice of one lemon
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Season the escalopes with salt, pepper, nutmeg, lemon juice and sliced garlic. Let marinate about one to two hours.
- Coat the escalopes in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. Heat over medium-low heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the breaded escalopes and fry them on both sides until golden. When they are fried, put them in a platter over absorbent paper.
- Serve the breaded escalopes with carrot rice and lettuce salad.
