HOW TO MAKE BREADED ESCALOPES:
Season the escalopes with salt, pepper, nutmeg, lemon juice and sliced garlic. Let marinate about one to two hours.
Coat the escalopes in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs. Heat over medium-low heat the oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the breaded escalopes and fry them on both sides until golden. When they are fried, put them in a platter over absorbent paper. Serve the breaded escalopes with carrot rice and lettuce salad.
