- Tuna, pineapple, fresh mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese - To flavor and garnish the pizza.
- Tomato pulp - Pizza sauce. Gives color and flavor.
- Oregano - Add aroma.

HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE CHEESE PIZZA WITH TUNA AND PINEAPPLE
Step 1: In a bowl, mix with a spoon the flour, water and salt.
Step 2: Place the dough over a table sprinkled with flour. Sprinkle the dough with a little more flour and knead it well until it’s fully involved. With a rolling pin mold the dough in the shape of pizza.
Step 3: Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 4: Drain the tuna and shred with a fork; set aside.
Step 5: Place the dough over a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the tomato pulp over the dough and sprinkle with oregano and half of the grated parmesan cheese. Garnish with tuna, pineapple cut into pieces and mozzarella chunks. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 6: Turn off the oven and serve.

- 200 ml (about 1 cup) water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 125 grams (4 1/2 ounces) canned tuna
- 2 pineapple slices
- 125 grams (4 1/2 ounces) fresh mozzarella cheese
- 50 grams (1 3/4 ounces) grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons tomato pulp
- 1 tablespoon oregano
