HOW TO MAKE BAKED PORK RIBS WITH APPLE

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).

Step 2: Wash the apples, remove the seeds and cut them into slices.

Step 3: Place the pork ribs on a baking dish together with the apple slices, salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic, rosemary, honey and olive oil. Pork ribs with apple on a baking dish Bake until the ribs start to brown, about 1 hour and 45 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the pork ribs with the sauce.

    These are really good, just made them for the second time. This time I used just a bit of olive oil to cover each rib, no more than 1/4 cup total. I added some chicken broth and they came out really nice and tender. I also added a garlic powder seasoning mix and a bit of cinnamon.

    Next time I’m going to try to make up a marinade to add a big more flavor into the meat.
