HOW TO MAKE EASY ROASTED RIBS
Step 1: Cut the pork ribs into strips. On a baking dish, add the ribs and season with salt, pepper, sweet red pepper paste, unpeeled crushed garlic and bay leaf. Let marinate about two hours.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 3: Drizzle the ribs with olive oil and white wine and roast until golden, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Occasionally drizzle the ribs with the sauce.
Step 4: Turn off the oven and serve with fries and lettuce salad.
TIPS FOR EASY ROASTED RIBS
1. If the ribs starts to brown too much cover with aluminum foil.
2. We usually roast the ribs at 180ºC (350ºF) but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF), despite taking longer to roast, it has the advantage of enhancing much more the flavors and the meat gets more tender.
3. If you have leftovers, store the meat in the fridge in a properly covered container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms). To avoid drying out the meat, do not reheat the food in the oven, reheat it in the microwave.

- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sweet red pepper paste
- Pepper (to taste)
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1 bay leaf
