All-purpose flour - Give consistency and is the base of the dough.
Salt - To season the dough.
Oregano - Adds a little more flavor to the pizza.
Cheese - Grated parmesan cheese and fresh mozzarella cheese cut into small pieces.

Water - Water to room temperature.
Tomato pulp - Adds color and flavor to the pizza.

HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE CHEESE PIZZA
Step 1: Whisk the flour and salt together in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a dough hook attachment. Pour the water and beat on low speed until the dough comes together in a ball, about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Place the dough on a floured surface. Sprinkle the dough with a little more flour. Using a rolling pin, shape the dough into a flat round circle.
Step 3: Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC (400ºF). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 4: Transfer the pizza to the baking sheet.
Step 5: Spread the tomato pulp over the dough. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, fresh mozzarella cut into small pieces and finish with a little more grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 6: Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off the oven and serve.
RECIPE TIPS
1. For this pizza we use tomato pulp, but you can make your own fresh tomato sauce. It takes a little more time to make it, but the result, as you know is even better.
2. For this pizza, you can use all-purpose flour, self-rising flour or bread flour.
3. You can knead the pizza dough by hand in a large bowl if you don’t have a stand mixer.

Can I store the pizza in the fridge?
Yes, you can! Allow the pizza to cool to room temperature, cut into slices and place it in an airtight container or in a plastic wrap. Never store the pizza in the fridge for more than 2 days. Beyond this time frame, it might start losing quality and develop microorganisms.
