Place the chicken wings on a baking dish and season with salt, chopped garlic, nutmeg, lemon juice, bay leaf cut into small pieces and olive oil. Marinate about 1 to 2 hours.
Roast the chicken wings about 1 hour. Occasionally, drizzle the chicken wings with the sauce. Turn off the oven and serve with fries and lettuce and tomato salad.
