  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
  • Zest of one lemon
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • 50 grams (1/4 cup) margarine
  • Rosemary (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions
