HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN LEGS IN THE OVEN WITH GARLIC AND LEMON:
Put the chicken legs on a baking dish and season with salt, nutmeg, lemon zest, unpeeled crushed garlic, margarine pieces, lemon juice and olive oil. Marinate about 1 hour.
Bake until the chicken legs start turn golden brown, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the chicken with the sauce. Turn off the oven, sprinkle with chopped rosemary and serve with fries or white rice.

- 3 chicken legs (about 900 grams (2 pounds))
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- Zest of one lemon
- Nutmeg (to taste)
- 50 grams (1/4 cup) margarine
