HOW TO MAKE BAKED SEA BREAM WITH POTATOES
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 2: With a sharp knife give 2 to 3 cuts across the fish.
Step 3: On a baking dish, place the fish, peeled potatoes and the onion cut in quarters. Season with peeled garlic, white wine, salt, pepper, rosemary and olive oil.
Step 4: Bake until the fish start to turn slightly golden, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the fish and the potatoes with the sauce.
Step 5: Turn off the oven and serve.
TIPS FOR BAKED SEA BREAM WITH POTATOES
1. If the fish starts to brown too much cover with aluminum foil.
2. We usually bake the fish at 180ºC (350ºF) but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF), despite taking longer to bake, it has the advantage of enhancing much more the flavors.
3. If you have leftovers, store the fish and the potatoes in the fridge in a properly covered container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms). To avoid drying out the fish and the potatoes, do not reheat the food in the oven, reheat it in the microwave.

- 600 grams (1 1/3 pounds) sea bream
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 medium onion
- 500 grams (17 1/2 ounces) small potatoes
- Rosemary (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
