On a baking dish, place the fish, peeled potatoes and the onion cut in quarters. Season with peeled garlic, white wine, salt, pepper, rosemary and olive oil. - 600 grams (1 1/3 pounds) sea bream
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 medium onion
- 500 grams (17 1/2 ounces) small potatoes
- Rosemary (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Servings: 4
1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) sea bream, 125 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil, 125 ml (1/2 cup) white wine, 8 cloves of garlic, pepper (to taste), 1 large onion, 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) small potatoes, rosemary (to taste), salt (to taste)

- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
