HOW TO MAKE DOGFISH IN TOMATO SAUCE WITH POTATO
Step 1: In a large saucepan, add the onion cut into round slices, the peeled garlic, olive oil, the peeled tomato cut into small chunks, the peeled potatoes, the dogfish steaks, the peppers cut into strips and the bay leaves. Season with a little salt, pepper and paprika. Drizzle with white wine and cook over medium-low heat about 50 minutes.
Step 2: Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.

- 2 medium onions
- 4 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 orange pepper
- 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 4 bay leaves
- Pepper (to taste)
- Coriander (to taste)
