HOW TO MAKE BAKED LING FISH:

Step 1: Peel, wash the potatoes and cut into round slices.

Step 2: On a baking dish, place the onion cut into round slices, fish, potatoes, cherry tomato and the peeled garlic. Season with white wine, salt, pepper, paprika and olive oil. Marinate about 1 hour. Ling fish, potatoes and cherry tomato on a baking dish

Step 3: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
