  • 2 bananas
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar


  1. Peel the bananas and cut into pieces. Put the banana pieces, milk, cinnamon, yogurt and the sugar in a blender and blend on high until obtain a creamy mixture, about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour the milkshake in two cups and serve cold.
