HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN IN THE OVEN WITH RICE:

Rub the chicken pieces with margarine and place on a baking pan. Season with a little salt, lemon juice, pepper, nutmeg, chopped garlic, paprika and thyme.   • 1.5 kg / (3 1/3 pounds) chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • Thyme (to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 100 ml / (6 3/4 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 100 ml / (6 3/4 tablespoons) white wine
  • Salt (to taste)
  • For the rice:

  • 250 grams / (8 3/4 ounces) rice
  • 50 ml / (3 1/3 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • Salt (to taste)

Directions

  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC / (350ºF).
  3. Bake the chicken until start to turn golden, about 45 to 50 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the chicken with the sauce.
  4. For the rice:
