HOW TO MAKE CAMEL'S DROOL
Step 1: Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the egg yolks and the condensed milk.
Step 3: Add the beaten egg whites and fold gently with a spatula.
Step 4: Pour the cream into individual glass bowls and refrigerate for about four hours.

1. Store the camel's drool in the refrigerator in an airtight container to make it last longer. Our advice is to never store it for more than 2 to 3 days, after this period of time it may start to lose texture and quality.
