Camel's drool is a very tasty Portuguese typical sweet with a delicious creamy texture! With few ingredients and very simple to prepare, this sweet is perfect for those occasions when you will have a party and do not know what to do... Bon appetit!!!

- Eggs, condensed milk
HOW TO MAKE CAMEL'S DROOL:
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
In a bowl mix well with a wire whisk the egg yolks and the condensed milk. Then, fold gently with a spatula the beaten egg whites. Pour the sweet on individual glass bowls and refrigerate for about four hours.
Remove from fridge and serve the sweet garnished with grated biscuit.
