Camel’s drool is a typical Portuguese sweet very tasty and a with creamy texture that delights the whole family, confectioned with condensed milk and eggs.
- 4 eggs
- 370 grams / (13 ounces) cooked condensed milk
- Grated wafer for garnish
- Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.
- In a large bowl mix well with a spoon the egg yolks and the condensed milk. Then, fold gently with a spatula the beaten egg whites. Refrigerate for about four hours.
- Remove from fridge and serve the sweet garnished with grated wafer.
