HOW TO MAKE BANANA MOUSSE
Step 1: Place the bananas cut into chunks, yogurt and one tablespoon powdered sugar in a blender and blend on high until obtain a creamy mixture.
Step 2: Beat the cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.
Step 3: Pour the banana cream and the whipped cream on a large glass bowl and fold gently with a spatula.
Step 4: Remove from fridge and serve garnished with cinnamon powder.

- 3 large bananas
- 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) banana yogurt
- Place the bananas cut into chunks, yogurt and one tablespoon powdered sugar in a blender and blend on high until obtain a creamy mixture.
- Beat the cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.
- Pour the banana cream and the whipped cream on a large glass bowl and fold gently with a spatula. Pour the mousse into individual glass bowls and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Remove from fridge and serve garnished with cinnamon powder.
