MAIN INGREDIENTS OF THIS RECIPE:
- Banana, banana yogurt, cream, powdered sugar
HOW TO MAKE BANANA MOUSSE:
Place the bananas cut into chunks, yogurt and one tablespoon powdered sugar in a blender and blend on high until obtain a creamy mixture. Beat the cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.
Pour the banana cream and the whipped cream on a large glass bowl and fold gently with a spatula.
Pour the mousse into individual glass bowls and refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove from fridge and serve garnished with cinnamon powder.

- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) banana yogurt
