This sweet is a delicious combination of strawberry with biscuit. It’s a mousse with excellent presentation and is perfect to serve as dessert at a dinner with friends. Bon appetit!!!
MAIN INGREDIENTS OF THIS RECIPE:
- Marie biscuit, strawberries, cream, condensed milk
HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY AND BISCUIT MOUSSE:
In a food processor, grind the Marie biscuits until they become a fine powder. Whip the cream together with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form and reserve in the fridge. Wash, remove the stem from the strawberries and cut them into pieces. Place the strawberries together with the yogurt in a blender and blend on high until obtain a homogeneous mixture.
In a large bowl, fold with a spatula the condensed milk with the whipped cream. Add the ground biscuit and mix well. Finally, mix the strawberry mixture. Pour the mousse in individual bowls and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
Remove the mousse from fridge and serve. Garnish with strawberries cut into small pieces and ground Marie biscuit.
