  • 5 pears
  • 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) natural yogurt
  • 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • Grated chocolate for garnish


  1. In a bowl, whip the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.Cream whipped with powdered sugar Reserve in the fridge.
