HOW TO MAKE EGG WHITE PUDDING
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 2: Pour 150 grams (2/3 cup) sugar in a pudding mold (16 x 10 centimeters (6 1/3 x 4 inches)). Place the pudding mold on the stove over low heat until caramelize the sugar (go turning the pudding mold until stays completely caramelized).
Step 3: Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed the egg whites with the sugar until obtain a homogeneous mixture. Add the cinnamon powder and vanilla powder and fold with a spatula.
Step 4: Pour the mixture into the pudding mold and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden (the time depends on the oven).
Step 5: Remove the flan from the oven and allow to cool completely inside the pudding mold.
Step 6: Place a serving plate over the pudding and flip.
