HOW TO MAKE MIGAS WITH PORTUGUESE CHOURIÇO
Step 1: Boil the water in a saucepan.
Step 2: In a saucepan, add the olive oil, crushed garlic and chouriço cut in small pieces. Fry on a low heat for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add the bread cut into pieces, season with salt, chopped coriander and pepper and mix everything well. Slowly pour the water and stir until the bread start to break down and the water absorbed.
Step 3: Turn off the heat and serve.

- 600 grams (1 1/3 pounds) stale bread
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 1 liter (about 4 cups) water
- 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) Portuguese chouriço
- Pepper (to taste)
- Coriander (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Boil the water in a saucepan.
- In a saucepan, add the olive oil, crushed garlic and chouriço cut in small pieces. Fry on a low heat for about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the bread cut into pieces, season with salt, chopped coriander and pepper and mix everything well.
