HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE AND CHOURIÇO KEBABS:

Peel and cut the pineapple into pieces. Remove the chouriço skin and cut into slices. Alternately put the pineapple and the chouriço on wooden skewers and season with nutmeg. Heat a grill pan with a drizzle of vegetable oil. When hot, add the kebabs and grill them over medium heat until golden. Serve the kebabs with fries.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams (7 ounces) Portuguese chouriço
  • 700 grams (1 1/2 pounds) pineapple
  • Nutmeg (to taste)
  • A drizzle of vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Peel and cut the pineapple into pieces. Remove the chouriço skin and cut into slices. Alternately put the pineapple and the chouriço on wooden skewers and season with nutmeg.
