HOW TO MAKE PINEAPPLE AND CHOURIÇO KEBABS:
Peel and cut the pineapple into pieces. Remove the chouriço skin and cut into slices. Alternately put the pineapple and the chouriço on wooden skewers and season with nutmeg. Heat a grill pan with a drizzle of vegetable oil. When hot, add the kebabs and grill them over medium heat until golden. Serve the kebabs with fries.

- 700 grams (1 1/2 pounds) pineapple
- Nutmeg (to taste)
