HOW TO MAKE OVEN BAKED PORK RIBS WITH HONEY
Step 1: Season the pork ribs with salt, pepper, white wine, honey and unpeeled crushed garlic. Let marinate for one hour.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 3: Place on the bottom of a baking dish the onions cut into round slices and the pork ribs with the marinade. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Occasionally drizzle the ribs with the sauce. If the ribs start to golden too much, cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
Step 4: Turn off the oven and serve the spare ribs with fries.

1. If the pork ribs start to golden brown too much cover with aluminum foil.
2. We usually bake the pork ribs at 180ºC (350ºF) but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF), despite taking longer to roast, it has the advantage of enhancing the flavors much more and the meat gets more tender.
3. If you have leftovers, store the meat in the fridge in a properly covered container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms). To avoid drying out the meat, do not reheat the food in the oven, reheat it in the microwave.
