HOW TO MAKE ROASTED PORK LOIN WITH BACON
Step 1: Place the pork loin on a baking dish. With a sharp knife give 4 to 5 cuts across the loin and put in the middle bacon slices. Season with salt, honey, pepper, cinnamon, oregano, unpeeled crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil and the margarine cut into small pieces. Let marinate about 1 hour.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 3: Bake the loin until golden brown, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Occasionally drizzle the tenderloin with the sauce.
Step 4: Turn off the oven and serve the loin with fries or white rice.
TIPS FOR ROASTED PORK LOIN WITH BACON
1. If the loin starts to brown too much cover with aluminum foil.
2. We usually roast the loin at 180ºC (350ºF) but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF), despite taking longer to roast, it has the advantage of enhancing much more the flavors and the meat gets more tender.
3. If you have leftovers, store the meat in the fridge in a properly covered container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms). To avoid drying out the meat, do not reheat the food in the oven, reheat it in the microwave.

- 100 grams (1/2 cup) margarine
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- Pepper (to taste)
