HOW TO MAKE BERRY MOUSSE

Step 1: Whip the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.

Step 2: Place the berries, brown sugar and the honey in a blender and blend on high until obtain a creamy mixture. Berries on a blender

Step 3: Soak the gelatin sheets in water about 5 minutes. Drain well and place the gelatin sheets in a bowl. Melt for one minute in the microwave.

Step 4: Pour the berries cream to a bowl together with the melted gelatin sheets and mix well. Add the whipped cream and fold gently with a spatula. Berry cream and whipped cream on a bowl Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours.
