Ingredients

  • 300 grams / (10 1/2 ounces) white flour
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 50 ml / (3 1/3 tablespoons) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dry baker’s yeast
  • 150 ml / (1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons) water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Step 1


    1. Chop the garlic in a food processor.

    1. In a bowl, mix the flour and the salt with your hands.     1. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200ºC / (400ºF).

    1. Bake for about 30 minutes until the bread start to browned. Remove the garlic breads from the oven and serve hot.
