- 1 lemon
- Juice of one lemon
- Pepper (to taste)

- 6 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 100 grams (1/2 cup) margarine
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt (to taste)
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- Wash the apples, cut into quarters and remove the seeds. Wash the lemon and cut into quarters.
