HOW TO MAKE RABBIT IN THE OVEN WITH HOMEMADE SAUCE:
In a bowl, mix with a fork the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg, Dijon mustard and chopped garlic. Put the rabbit on a baking dish and drizzle the previous mixture.
Marinate about 2 hours.
Put the rabbit in the oven until golden brown, about 1 hour. Occasionally, drizzle the rabbit with the sauce. Remove the baking dish from the oven, sprinkle the rabbit with chopped coriander and serve with fries.
