HOW TO MAKE BAKED DOGFISH WITH CHERRY TOMATO:
On a baking dish, put the dogfish steaks, the onion cut into pieces, the cherry tomato, peeled garlic, white wine, salt, pepper, paprika and the olive oil.

Ingredients
- 2 dogfish steaks (about 500 grams (17 1/2 ounces))
- 200 grams (7 ounces) cherry tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
- On a baking dish, put the dogfish steaks, the onion cut into pieces, the cherry tomato, peeled garlic, white wine, salt, pepper, paprika and the olive oil. Bake until golden, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the dogfish steaks and the cherry tomato with the sauce.
- Turn off the oven and serve with mashed potato.
