HOW TO MAKE BAKED DOGFISH WITH CHERRY TOMATO
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 2: On a baking dish, place the dogfish steaks, the onion cut into pieces, the cherry tomato, peeled garlic, white wine, salt, pepper, paprika and the olive oil. Bake until golden, about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the dogfish steaks and the cherry tomato with the sauce.
Step 3: Turn off the oven and serve with mashed potato.
TIPS FOR BAKED DOGFISH WITH CHERRY TOMATO
1. If the fish starts to brown too much cover with aluminum foil.
2. We usually bake at 180ºC (350ºF) but, if you lower the temperature to 150ºC (300ºF), despite taking longer to bake, it has the advantage of enhancing much more the flavors.
3. If you have leftovers, store the dogfish in the fridge in a properly covered container (to prevent the growth of microorganisms). To avoid drying out the fish, do not reheat the food in the oven, reheat it in the microwave.

- 2 dogfish steaks (about 500 grams (17 1/2 ounces))
- 200 grams (7 ounces) cherry tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
