HOW TO MAKE BAKED HAKE FILLETS
Step 1: Wash the potatoes and give a small cut across each one of them. Cook the potatoes for about 20 to 25 minutes in a saucepan with water seasoned with salt. When the potatoes are cooked, turn off the heat and drain the potatoes.
Step 2: Place the potatoes on a baking dish and season with pepper and olive oil.
Step 3: Cut the fillets in half. Place the fillets in another baking dish and season with olive oil, salt, pepper and unpeeled crushed garlic.
Step 4: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 5: Place the two baking dishes in the oven and bake for 45 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the fillets with the sauce.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and sprinkle the fillets and the potatoes with chopped coriander.

- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
