HOW TO MAKE BAKED RABBIT WITH HOMEMADE SAUCE
Step 1: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg, Dijon mustard and chopped garlic.
Step 2: Place the rabbit on a baking dish and drizzle the previous mixture. Marinate about 2 hours.
Step 3: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 4: Place the rabbit in the oven until golden brown, about 1 hour. Occasionally, drizzle the rabbit with the sauce.
Step 5: Remove the baking dish from the oven, sprinkle the rabbit with chopped coriander and serve with fries.

- 125 ml (1/2 cup) lemon juice
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Coriander (to taste)
