HOW TO MAKE BAKED RABBIT WITH HOMEMADE SAUCE:

In a bowl, mix with a fork the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg, Dijon mustard and chopped garlic. Place the rabbit on a baking dish and drizzle the previous mixture. Rabbit in a baking dish seasoned with homemade sauce Marinate about 2 hours.
