HOW TO MAKE BAKED RABBIT WITH HOMEMADE SAUCE

Step 1: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, nutmeg, Dijon mustard and chopped garlic.

Step 2: Place the rabbit on a baking dish and drizzle the previous mixture. Marinate about 2 hours. Rabbit in a baking dish seasoned with homemade sauce

Step 3: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).

Step 4: Place the rabbit in the oven until golden brown, about 1 hour. Occasionally, drizzle the rabbit with the sauce.

Step 5: Remove the baking dish from the oven, sprinkle the rabbit with chopped coriander and serve with fries.
