HOW TO MAKE RABBIT STEW WITH CARROT
Step 1: In a saucepan, add the olive oil, the peeled tomato cut into small pieces, the onions cut into rings, the rabbit, the chopped garlic, the peeled carrots cut into round slices, green pepper cut into strips and the white wine. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir and cook on a low heat about 1 hour.
Step 2: Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with fries or white rice.

- 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) rabbit cut into pieces
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) white wine
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 medium onions
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- Pepper (to taste)
- 3 medium carrots
- Parsley (to taste)
- 1/2 green pepper
- 5 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt (to taste)
