Step 1: In a large saucepan, add the sliced onion, peeled garlic and the olive oil. Stir and sauté on a low heat until the onion start to turn slightly golden.
Step 2: Add the peeled tomato cut into small chunks, sweet red pepper paste, rabbit, salt, pepper, nutmeg and the white wine. Stir and cook on a low heat for about 1 hour.

- 1.2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) rabbit cut into pieces
- 3 medium ripe tomatoes
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 2 medium onions
- Fresh rosemary (to taste)
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon sweet red pepper paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
