HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN STEW WITH VEGETABLES
Step 1: In a saucepan, pour the olive oil and the chopped onion. Sauté over low heat until the onion starts to turn golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Step 2: Add the peppers cut into strips, peas, peeled tomato cut into small chunks and the chicken cut into cubes. Season with pepper, nutmeg and salt and cook over low heat about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3: Pour the white wine, stir and cook more 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve.

- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes

- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 1/2 orange pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- Salt (to taste)
