- 2 chicken legs (about 600 grams (1 1/3 pounds))
- 1 medium carrot
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) white wine
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 2 medium onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Juice of two lemons
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
