HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE MUFFINS:

In a bowl, mix the flour, chocolate powder, baking powder and salt. Add the brown sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla extract and whisk until obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
Pour small portions of the dough in each one of the muffin pans, sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.Chocolate muffins dough on muffin tins Remove the muffins from the oven, let cool to room temperature and serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate powder
  • 150 grams (1 cup) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 150 grams (1 cup) dark brown sugar
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 75 grams (2 2/3 ounces) chocolate chips
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Line muffin tins with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, chocolate powder, baking powder and salt. Add the brown sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla extract and whisk until obtain a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
  3. Pour small portions of the dough in each one of the muffin pans (about two thirds of the pans), sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake for 15 to 20 minutes (the time depends on the oven).
  4. Remove the muffins from the oven, let cool to room temperature and serve.
