Do you like muffins and want to prepare them differently? Alternately mix vanilla and chocolate and eat this delicious muffins with excellent presentation!
HOW TO PREPARE VANILLA AND CHOCOLATE MUFFINS:
Beat the eggs and the sugar until obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture. Add the vanilla extract and mix for 2 to 3 minutes until it's nicely incorporated. Reduce the mixer speed to low, add the flour mixed with the baking powder and beat until a creamy mixture. Divide the dough in two and in one of them beat the chocolate powder and the milk until a creamy mixture.
Alternately pour small portions of the two doughs in each one of the paper liners
When the muffins are cooked, remove from the oven and unmold. Let cool to room temperature and serve.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 3 eggs
- 175 grams (1 1/4 cups) all-purpose flour
- 125 grams (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Line muffin tins with paper liners.
- In an electric mixer, beat on medium speed the eggs and the sugar until obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture. Add the vanilla extract and mix for 2 to 3 minutes until it's nicely incorporated. Reduce the mixer speed to low, add the flour mixed with the baking powder and beat until a creamy mixture. Divide the dough in two and in one of them beat the chocolate powder and the milk until a creamy mixture.
- Alternately pour small portions of the two doughs in each one of the paper liners and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 10 to 15 minutes (the time depends on the oven).
- When the muffins are cooked, remove from the oven and unmold. Let cool to room temperature and serve.
