HOW TO MAKE CREPES WITH CHOCOLATE
For the crepes: In a bowl, add the flour, salt and the sugar. Mix well. Melt the margarine in microwave; set aside.
Beat the eggs and the milk. Reduce the mixer speed to low speed and add the flour mixture. Then, add the vanilla powder together with the melted margarine and beat for 2 to 3 minutes to incorporate.
Grease a non-stick frying pan with some butter and heat over low heat. When the butter starts melting, pour small portions of the dough with a ladle until cover completely the bottom. When the first side starts to turn slightly golden, flip with a spatula and cook about a minute or until golden. Repeat the process until the dough runs out. Place the crepes on a plate and set aside.
For the chocolate: In a bowl, add the chocolate broken into pieces and the margarine. Melt for two minutes in the microwave. Remove from microwave, add the cream and stir with a fork until a creamy mixture. With a pastry bag, garnish the crepes with chocolate and serve.

- 300 ml (1 1/3 cups) milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- Butter for greasing
- A pinch of salt
- 150 grams (5 1/3 ounces) dark chocolate
- 150 ml (1/3 pint (157ml)) whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- For the crepes:
In a bowl, add the flour, salt and the sugar. Mix well. Melt the margarine in microwave; set aside. - In an electric mixer, beat on medium speed the eggs and the milk.
