    For the crepes:

  • 3 eggs
  • 125 grams (1 cup) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 300 ml (1 1/3 cups) milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Butter for greasing
  • 5 bananas
  • A pinch of salt
  • For the chocolate:

  • 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces) dark chocolate
  • 100 ml (1/4 pint (118 ml)) whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

  1. For the crepes:
Put the flour, salt, sugar in a bowl and mix well.Mixed flour, salt and sugar in a bowl Melt the margarine in the microwave; set aside.
  2. In an electric mixer, beat on medium speed the eggs and the milk. Reduce the mixer speed to low and add the flour mixture. Then, add the vanilla powder together with the melted margarine and beat for 2 to 3 minutes until well incorporated.
  3. Grease a non-stick frying pan with some butter and heat over low heat. When the butter starts melting, pour small portions of the dough with a ladle until cover completely the bottom. When the first side starts to turn slightly golden, flip with a spatula and cook about a minute or until golden. Repeat the process until the dough runs out.
  4. Place the crepes on a plate and set aside.Crepes on a plate
  5. For the chocolate:
Place the chocolate broken into pieces in a bowl together with the margarine and melt in the microwave. Remove from microwave, add the cream and stir with a fork until a very creamy mixture.
  6. Cut the bananas into slices and place them over each crepe. Lift both folded edges of the crepe and fold them over the banana slices, forming a cone. With a pastry bag, garnish the crepes with chocolate and serve.
