HOW TO MAKE CREPES WITH BANANA AND CHOCOLATE
For the crepes: Put the flour, salt, sugar in a bowl and mix well. Melt the margarine in the microwave.
Beat the eggs, milk and the flour mixture. Add the vanilla powder together with the melted margarine and beat for 2 to 3 minutes until well incorporated.
Grease a non-stick frying pan with some butter and heat over low heat. When the butter starts melting, pour small portions of the dough with a ladle until cover completely the bottom. When the first side starts to turn slightly golden, flip with a spatula and cook about a minute or until golden. Repeat the process until the dough runs out. Place the crepes on a plate and set aside.
For the chocolate: Place the chocolate broken into pieces in a bowl together with the margarine and melt in the microwave. Remove from microwave, add the cream and stir with a fork until a very creamy mixture. Cut the bananas into slices and place them over each crepe. Lift both folded edges of the crepe and fold them over the banana slices, forming a cone. With a pastry bag, garnish the crepes with chocolate and serve.
