    • 1 tablespoon dry baker's yeast
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 50 grams (1/4 cup) margarine

    Directions

    1. In a bowl, mix the flour and the salt with your hands. Add the baker’s yeast and mix well. Pour some of the milk, the beaten egg, sugar and the melted margarine. Knead everything with your hands and go slowly pouring the remaining milk.
