HOW TO MAKE SIMPLE CHOCOLATE TRIPLE BERRY CAKE
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Grease a loaf tin with butter and dust with chocolate powder.
Step 2: In an electric mixer, beat on medium speed the sugar and the butter until obtain a creamy mixture. Add the eggs, vanilla extract and mix for 2 to 3 minutes until it's nicely incorporated. Add the milk, chocolate powder, flour, baking powder and beat until a homogeneous and creamy mixture. Add the mixed berries and fold with a spatula.
Step 3: Pour the mixture into the prepared tin.
Step 4: Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 minutes (the time depends on the oven).
Step 5: Remove the cake from oven, unmold, let cool to room temperature and serve.

- 3 medium eggs
- 100 grams (1/2 cups) butter to room temperature
- 200 grams (1 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 150 grams (2/3 cup) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 grams (7 ounces) mixed berries
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
