HOW TO MAKE TURNIP GREEN SOUP
Step 1: In a pressure cooker with 2 liters (8 cups) water add the turnip, leek, the pumpkin slice, carrots, onions and the potatoes, everything cut into pieces. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 2: When it starts to boil, reduce to medium-low heat and cook for about 20 minutes.
Step 3: Remove briefly the pressure cooker from heat and use a hand blender to blend the soup until creamy.
Step 4: Season the soup with olive oil and salt, stir with a wooden spoon and place the pressure cooker back on the stove.
Step 5: When it starts to boil, add the turnip greens and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 6: Turn off the heat and serve.

- 2 liters (8 cups) water
- 1 bunch of turnip greens (about 200 grams (7 ounces))
- 1 turnip
- 1 leek
- 4 carrots
- 3 medium onions
- 1 large potato
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pumpkin slice (about 100 grams (3 1/2 ounces))
- Salt (to taste)
- In a pressure cooker with 2 liters (8 cups) water add the turnip, leek, the pumpkin slice, carrots, onions and the potatoes, everything cut into pieces. Bring to a boil over high heat.
