HOW TO MAKE CHRISTMAS COOKIES
Step 1: Mix the sugar and the melted margarine until you get a homogeneous and compact mixture. Add the egg and the vanilla extract and mix until a creamy mixture. Add the flour and fold with a spatula until a compact mixture.
Step 2: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF).
Step 3: Place the dough on a table dusted with flour.
Step 4: Sprinkle the dough with a little more flour and knead it with your hands until the dough stop sticking to the table.
Step 5: Sprinkle the table again with a little more flour. Place the dough in the center of the table, sprinkle with a little more flour and roll out with a rolling pin.
Step 6: Cut the dough with cookie cutters and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Step 7: Bake about 10 to 12 minutes until the cookies start to turn golden brown.
Step 8: Remove the cookies from the oven and let cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
