- 200 grams (1 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 125 grams (1/2 cup) melted unsalted butter
- 150 grams (2/3 cup) granulated sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- Zest of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
