Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg / (2 2/3 pounds) rabbit cut into pieces
  • 50 ml / (3 1/3 tablespoons) white wine
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 medium onions
  • 50 ml / (3 1/3 tablespoons) olive oil
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • 3 medium carrots
  • Parsley (to taste)
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 5 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt (to taste)

    Directions

    Step 1


    1. In a saucepan, place the olive oil, the peeled tomato cut into small pieces, the onions cut into rings, the rabbit, the chopped garlics, the peeled carrots cut into round slices, green pepper cut into strips and the white wine. Season with some salt, pepper and paprika. Stir and cook over low heat about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

    Step 2


    1. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with fries or white rice.
